Yes I have and found it useful, but also I can&#039;t get around the fact that unless you are genuine in your intent, the tricks that Cialdini mentions still fall flat on their face. Franklin Covey&#039;s Speed of Trust is a good counterpoint to Cialdini&#039;s arguments - in that there is definitely useful ways to influence but unless you can back it up by the results that speak for your competencies and being clear about your intent, which speaks about your character - you will struggle to earn the trust of people and the influence will remain short-term as well.]]></description>
